Terms of Service

By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent, and that your use will comply with all applicable laws.

CoCreate AI is a facilitator tool that helps groups run brainstorms and turn responses into synthesized deliverables such as visual summary posters and slide decks. Features may change, be added, or removed at our discretion.

Facilitators must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity in their sessions, including the questions they publish and the participants they invite. You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to: (a) upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or discriminatory content; (b) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) use the Service to collect personal data without a lawful basis; or (d) use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

You retain ownership of the content you and your participants submit ("User Content"). You grant Limitless Lab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and transform User Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to generate the deliverables you request. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

Deliverables generated by the Service (themes, posters, slides, and similar outputs) are produced by machine-learning models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or distributing them. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Limitless Lab and its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service integrates third-party providers for hosting, database, authentication, and AI model access. Your use of those integrated features is also subject to the applicable third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Free trials. Monthly plans start with a 14-day free trial that requires a valid payment method. The price and the date of your first charge are shown before you enter your card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically to a paid monthly subscription and the card on file is charged the plan price then in effect, without further notice or action required from you beyond the reminder described below. As a courtesy, we send a reminder email at least 7 days before the first charge — but that reminder is not a condition of the charge, and failure to receive, open, or act on it (including if it is filtered, blocked, or sent to an inactive inbox) does not entitle you to a refund or extend the trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial from the billing portal — cancelling is free and takes effect immediately — and you will not be charged. One trial per account.

Subscriptions. Paid monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal — cancelling is as easy as signing up — and access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before checkout and applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

One-time purchases. Event Passes and AI credit packs are one-time purchases tied to your account. AI credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed by AI features as described in the Service.

Lifetime access. "Lifetime" plans grant access for the lifetime of the CoCreate AI Service — that is, for as long as Limitless Lab commercially operates CoCreate AI — not the lifetime of the purchaser. Lifetime access is tied to a single account, is non-transferable, includes the monthly AI credit allowance published at the time of purchase, and remains subject to the acceptable-use rules in these Terms. If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will give lifetime members at least 30 days' notice; discontinuation does not entitle members to a refund beyond any statutory rights, except that discontinuation within 12 months of purchase entitles the member to a pro-rata refund of the lifetime fee.

Money-back guarantee. Every purchase includes a 30-day money-back guarantee: contact hello@limitlesslab.org within 30 days of payment for a full refund. Refunded lifetime purchases release the associated founding seat.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to any account that breaches these Terms, poses a security or legal risk, or has been inactive for an extended period. Sections intended to survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitless Lab and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) SGD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Limitless Lab harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules in force at the time. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language shall be English.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
