Lifetime means the lifetime of the CoCreate AI product — you keep full access for as long as we operate the service, with no renewal ever. It's tied to your account and includes the monthly credit allowance published at purchase. In the unlikely event we ever discontinue CoCreate AI, lifetime members get at least 30 days' notice, and a pro-rata refund if it happens within your first 12 months. Full details in the Terms.

Credits power the AI features, with a fixed price per action: drafting session questions costs 5, synthesizing responses into themes costs 15, a visual poster costs 15, and a slide deck costs 25. Regenerating costs the same as the first run, and failed generations are refunded automatically. A full session (synthesis + poster + deck) uses about 55 credits — and top-up packs are available anytime.

No — buy a one-off Event Pass. It covers a single session with a higher participant cap and includes AI credits. No recurring charge.

Every monthly plan starts with 14 free days with full features and your monthly credits. A card is required to start, but you're charged nothing until the trial ends — and we email you a reminder 3 days before the first charge, with the exact amount and date. Cancel from your billing page before then and you pay nothing at all.

Anytime, in one click from your billing portal — cancelling is as easy as signing up. During a trial, cancelling means you're never charged. After that, you keep access until the end of the paid period. Tax is handled automatically at checkout.
